Pre-engineered steel remains popular because it is very efficient and can be constructed quickly. Its ability to have almost unlimited clear spans also makes it an ideal choice for a variety of applications. We have used pre-engineered steel for industrial and specialty construction (e.g., hangars), retail, farm and agriculture structures. With the cost of land increasing and its availability decreasing, we are building more and more multi-storied steel storage facilities.

In addition, over 70% of the steel is recycled material and manufactured right here in Carson City, so the environmental impact (including transportation) is reduced. This makes it attractive for green building, including LEED Certification.
