Many contractors promote design/build. Miles Construction has made a strategic decision to offer design/assist instead. Design/assist is similar to design/build, with one important difference: the owner executes the design contracts and thus retains ownership of the drawings.

Another client advantage is that design/assist doesn’t lock them into a contract with us before the plans are even drawn. Instead, we get to earn the client’s trust along with earning their project. This keeps us on our toes – and we’re proud to say we’ve never had a D/A client choose anyone else to execute their plans.
