General Description
Miles Construction provided general construction services with multiple trades and  coordinated closely with the City regarding special circumstances and logistics.   Due to the tight working area and proximity to the city streets while under construction, we coordinated consistently with NDOT as roads had to be shut down to lift the panels and complete street work.
In addition to the warehouse, Miles Construction completed the 9,000 s.f. Tenant Improvement Office Remodel in December 2006,  with  a construction cost of $1,562,000 and a management fee of $188,000.
