General Description
Miles Construction provided Construction Management services including design, budgeting, contractor selection and administrative control.  In addition, we utilized our in-house designer who worked with tenants and the owner on specialty materials and design. 

Special Challenges
The project consists of 6 buildings, some with subterranean basements.  It is built adjacent to the Carson River and therefore special site work design was planned and built to meet those challenges.
