General Description

The Basalite project consisted of three pre-engineered buildings totaling 27,000 s.f. The principal building was a 23,000 s.f. structure housing a new, state-of-the-art paver production facility. The paver production machinery required specific
spacing of columns and clear heights which were easily attained using a pre-engineered building structure.
This facility also required a 4,000 s.f. aggregate building with an eave height of 45’.  Again the pre-engineered building system without difficulty provided the clear height and spans to accommodate the aggregate bins and equipment.
Pre-engineered metal buildings are a cost effective solution to space requirements of manufacturing facilities.
